Job Description – Junior Lawyer

1. Responsibilities and duties:
   • Assist the 58 clinics with cadastral changes of partners, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
   • Verify the validity and authenticity of partner signatures, ensuring document legality.
   • Draft and review contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents related to cadastral changes and holding company formation.
   • Prepare and review budgets, reports, and other documents necessary for cadastral change processes.
2. Requirements and qualifications:
   • Law degree.
   • Proficiency in Office Suite.
   • Knowledge of legal management software (desirable).
   • Interpersonal skills, good writing, communication, prioritization ability, adaptability, and resilience.
