Responsibilities and duties

1. Handling litigation (administrative and judicial) related to social security contributions.
2. Drafting defenses, appeals, and various procedural documents, with expertise in contributions regarding remuneration and benefits.
3. Working on cases involving multidisciplinary topics, interfacing between social security, tax, and labor law.
4. Conducting diligences, hearings, and oral arguments.
5. Supporting consultancy on employment regimes, social security benefits, and fiscal classifications.
6. Analyzing risks, preparing legal opinions, and assisting clients during inspections by Receita Federal and other agencies.
7. Monitoring case progress, managing deadlines, and updating legal systems.
8. Strategic involvement in civil cases with social security or tax implications.

Requirements and qualifications

1. Law degree obtained between 2019 and 2020.
2. Previous experience in firms focusing on corporate social security law.
3. Experience in administrative and judicial tax litigation related to social security contributions.
4. Knowledge of social security legislation applicable to the private sector (companies, financial institutions, service providers, etc.).
5. Familiarity with labor and tax obligations routines (eSocial, DCTFWeb, GFIP, etc.).
6. Strong civil procedure skills, with the ability to navigate all phases confidently.
7. Desirable postgraduate studies in Social Security Law, Tax Law, or Civil Procedure.
8. Excellent legal writing, technical argumentation, and organizational skills.
9. Proactive, collaborative profile with ease of teamwork.
