• People management (Junior Lawyers and Interns);
• Experience in civil litigation, arbitration, negotiation of agreements, and mediation;
• Drafting of procedural documents;
• Initial review of all procedural documents produced by the team you coordinate;
• Coordination and review of work done in due diligence processes (focused on civil and consumer law);
• Responding to various inquiries related to civil procedural law, civil law, corporate law, and consumer law;
• Drafting settlement agreements to resolve disputes; drafting of extrajudicial notifications and client handling.
• Relevant experience in civil litigation and arbitration;
• Ability to speak and write in English;
• Experience in people management;
• Flexibility.
