We are looking for a Advogado(a) Pleno with strong experience in Cível Estratégico to join us.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling strategic and complex civil actions, interfacing directly with clients and courts;
• Participating in strategic meetings, defining legal theories, and preparing technical opinions;
• Drafting comprehensive legal pleadings, memos, and delivering oral arguments;
• Representing clients in hearings and trial sessions;
• Supporting the development of legal strategies in sensitive cases.

Requirements:

• Law degree and active OAB registration;
• Solid experience in civil litigation with a strategic focus;
• Excellent legal writing skills, analytical vision, and procedural expertise;
• Postgraduate degree in Civil Law or Civil Procedural Law is desirable;
• Availability to work in person 3 days a week in Campinas/SP.
