• Experiência em due diligence e auditoria imobiliária.
• Registro ativo na OAB.
• Experiência consultiva em operações imobiliárias.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar auditorias e due diligence em transações imobiliárias.
• Redigir e negociar contratos de aquisição e disposição de ativos.
• Gerenciar acordos de locação e contratos de construção.

• Real estate due diligence and audits, including M&A and capital markets transactions;
• Real estate regularization;
• Monitoring registrations and annotations at the Real Estate Registry Office and the Title and Deeds Registry Office.

Assistance/support from a junior lawyer in cases involving:

• Drafting and negotiating agreements for asset acquisition and disposal;
• Lease agreements (residential, commercial, and seasonal), built-to-suit, sale & lease-back, and loan for use;
• Corporate operations involving real estate assets;
• Management agreements, development agreements, and construction contracts;
• Agricultural leasing and partnership agreements;
• Public deeds in general, including for establishing real rights over real estate;
• Fiduciary Alienation Instruments and other real guarantees.

Requirements:

• Complete Law degree;
• Active registration with OAB;
• Consultative experience in Real Estate;
• Experience in real estate due diligence and audits;
• Knowledge of M&A and capital markets operations;
• Advanced/Fluent English.
