Media Jet Marketing is a fast-growing, performance-driven eCommerce growth agency. We specialize in scaling brands through cutting-edge digital advertising strategies across Meta, Google, Amazon, and TikTok platforms. We’re a tight-knit team of marketers, strategists, and creatives passionate about driving results and helping our clients thrive.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our team and help manage and scale performance-focused ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented role with plenty of room for growth. You’ll be working closely with our creative, data, and strategy teams to deliver real impact for our eCommerce clients.

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Amazon
  • Build and manage media plans based on client budgets and KPIs
  • Set up tracking and attribution using Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and relevant third-party tools
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights to guide campaign decisions
  • Collaborate with creative teams on briefs, ad testing strategy, and optimization loops
  • Deliver performance reporting and insights for internal and client-facing review
  • Maintain knowledge of platform trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with account teams and clients

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and ideally Amazon Ads

  • Prior experience in a performance marketing or digital agency environment
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels, CRO, and direct response ad strategy
  • Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics interpretation
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, and major ad management platforms
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); all internal/client communication is in English
  • Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience mentoring other media buyers or managing a team
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
  • Experience scaling high-volume eCommerce campaigns ($50K+/month)
  • Be part of a scaling agency where your impact is felt daily
  • Collaborate with a talented team of marketers, creatives, and strategists
  • Work remotely with flexibility, autonomy, and support
  • Gain exposure to high-growth eCommerce brands across multiple industries
