iTRTech Group is seeking a Senior AEM Developer in Brazil for a hybrid or remote role. You will design, develop, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager solutions, collaborating with architects, UX, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise-grade experiences.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, strong Java/J2EE skills, and hands-on work with AEM components, templates, workflows, and services, including integration via APIs.

About the Opportunity

Join an international environment and help build and enhance enterprise digital experiences with Adobe Experience Manager. You will combine hands-on development with technical design, working alongside architects and UX, product, business, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions using Adobe Experience Manager.
• Create and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Develop features and services using Java, J2EE, Sling, and OSGi.
• Integrate AEM with enterprise systems through REST APIs and JSON.
• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions.
• Ensure application quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Support deployments, delivery automation, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical incidents.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• English proficiency at C2 level.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Java and J2EE.
• Knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling, OSGi, and Apache Dispatcher.
• Experience developing and customizing AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems through APIs.
• Experience in medium- or large-scale enterprise projects and collaboration with international teams.
• Understanding of application quality, performance, security, and maintainability best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents in complex environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and Headless CMS architecture.
• Knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Familiarity with DevOps environments and CI/CD processes.
• Direct collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Certifications in AEM, AEM Sites, or AEM architecture.
• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.
