In this position, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing ticket submissions, processing data with accuracy, and handling essential financial transactions.

The Role

In this position, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing ticket submissions, processing data with accuracy, and handling essential financial transactions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ticket Processing: Receive and log parking ticket submissions through email and phone, ensuring every ticket is tracked and documented accurately.
  • Invoice Management: Update invoices after court decisions, preparing them for payment to the city or marking them as dismissed.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect payments from customers upon ticket submission and manage related financials.
  • QuickBooks Data Management: Use QuickBooks to enter data and manage financial records related to ticket payments and city dues.
  • Organized Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of all transactions and ticket statuses, without the need for phone communication.
