They’re now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant – CRM & Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal dashboards and outreach lists

  • Keep CRM (e.g., HubSpot) organized and up to date

  • Build and maintain clean, segmented contact lists

  • Remove duplicates and standardize CRM data

  • Support basic automations and workflows inside the CRM

  • Help document internal processes

  • Assist with general admin tasks like spreadsheets, file organization, and internal tracking

Must-haves

  • Experience with CRM (hubspot)

  • High attention to detail and organization

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools

  • Very receptive to feedback and seeks feedback

  • Accountable to mistakes and honest with that. Open to ask for help.

  • Strong judgment and ability to work independently

  • Comfortable using Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, and email tools

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous work with startups or fast-paced environments

  • Experience working as CRM coordinator
