Qualificações

• Mínimo de 1 ano de experiência como auxiliar de açougue (desejável).

Responsabilidades

• Preparar cortes especiais e porcionamento de produtos.
• Garantir segurança no manuseio de produtos, manter higiene e organização.
• Monitorar qualidade do produto, recebimento de mercadorias e datas de validade.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare special cuts and portioning of products.
2. Ensure safety in handling products, maintain hygiene and organization of the sector to prevent losses.
3. Monitor product quality, receipt of goods, and expiration dates.

Qualifications:

• Complete high school education or in progress.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a butcher's assistant (desirable).
• Knowledge of types of meats, products, and derivatives (desirable).
