Descrição da oferta de emprego

To ensure the optimization of economic flows according to corporate guidelines by managing payment and pay management.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
  • Control and administrate the pay accounts team (invoicing accountancy, supplier payment, opening and maintenance of the suppliers master).
  • Control and administrate the charge accounts team (correct invoicing issue and consignment, auto invoicing conciliation, opening and maintenance of clients, received earnings management and accountancy, reclamation of defeated debt, commissions management).
  • Coordinate conciliations and solve conciliation differences: develop monthly conciliations with the rest of the group companies.
  • Develop monthly supplier and client reporting.
  • Participate in the Clients and Suppliers Positions Committee.
  • Improve department flows and processes.
  • Evaluate the suppliers and clients' economic risks.
  • Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
  • Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
  • Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
  • Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics

Languages: Advanced English (spoken & written)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a multinational environment

Travel: Willing to travel

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Additional training:

Postgraduate / courses in taxation or accountancy would be of additional value
