Seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage vendor invoice processing, payment posting, AP mailbox oversight, and cross-functional coordination with finance teams. Responsibilities include vendor statement reconciliation, audit support, 1099 form assistance, and training support. Strong Excel skills, ERP proficiency, and 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field are required.
Oversee and maintain the AP mailbox, ensuring all emails are addressed timely. Regularly corresponding with internal and external inquiries.
Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice and payment processing
Lead the posting of payments in the ERP system/payment processing
Coordinate internally with other Finance functions (Client Finance, AR, Corporate, etc.) to troubleshoot issues as needed
Regularly review vendor statements to ensure alignment with vendors
Assist with team training & development
Daily review and submission of invoices to ensure timely posting of AP transactions
Monthly 1099 Maintenance Reconciliation | Assist with issuing 1099 forms to vendors
Audit support & file management
Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field OR;
+5 years of experience.
Advanced Excel skills with Pivot table and VLOOKUP (highly desired)
Proven experience and proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems/programs, multitasking on multiple applications
Demonstrated ability and experience in handling confidential information discreetly and professionally
Ability to communicate (written and verbal) with stakeholders and business partners
