Allianz Partners is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee financial governance across its entities. You will ensure timely, compliant financial reporting and lead analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability of statements.

The role involves coordinating audits, developing controls, and supporting transformation projects in a global AI-enabled environment. You will interact with multiple stakeholders to drive responsible data governance and strong financial controls.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Governance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.
• Collaborative, flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a global environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools with responsible data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports are delivered within internal and regulatory deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Perform financial analyses to guarantee quality and reliability of financial statements.
• Monitor balance sheet accounts, reconciliations, P&L, and accounting records.
• Coordinate external audits and support internal audits, including follow-up of findings.
• Develop controls and guidelines to strengthen financial governance and mitigate risks.
• Support Group initiatives and drive local transformation projects.
• Foster collaboration across teams and resolve financial matters.

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the financial governance of the legal entities within their scope, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports are delivered within internal and regulatory deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal corporate guidelines.
• Perform financial analyses to guarantee the quality and reliability of financial statements.
• Monitor balance sheet accounts, reconciliations, profit and loss accounts, and accounting records.
• Coordinate external audits and support internal audits, including the follow-up and closure of related findings.
• Develop controls and guidelines to strengthen financial governance and mitigate accounting and tax risks.
• Support Group initiatives and drive local transformation projects.
• Foster collaboration across teams and proactively support the resolution of relevant financial matters.
