INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Process Data & Integration Specialist to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. You will design and implement automated solutions that reduce manual work and empower cross-functional teams to focus on high-value activities.

You will work at the intersection of data, automation, and integration, building scalable data pipelines, integrations, and tools that improve decision making and support rapid business growth across the organization.

Qualificações

• Experience with data integration and process automation.
• Proficiency in Python for automation or data processing.
• Experience with at least one automation platform such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
• Advanced level English.

Key responsibilities

• - Developing and maintaining scripts in Python for process automation.
• - Creating, optimizing, and maintaining queries in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• - Building integrations between systems using automation tools such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• - Automating workflows between APIs, databases, and internal tools.
• - Organizing and analyzing data using spreadsheets such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• - Documenting integrations, automations, and implemented processes.
• - Collaborating with product, data, and operations teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• - Integration and Automation: Experience with data integration and process automation.
• - Python Proficiency: Proficiency in Python for automation or data processing.
• - Automation Platforms: Experience with at least one automation/integration platform such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• - SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
• - Spreadsheet Expertise: Experience working with spreadsheets including Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• - API Knowledge: Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
• - Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.

• - ETL Processes: Experience with ETL processes or data pipelines.
• - API Integration: Knowledge of webhooks and API integrations.
• - Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
