Job Title: Accountant (Immediate Joiner)

Location: [Remote (for India Office)]

Pay: BRL 2,000–2,500 per month

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to support our accounting and financial reporting activities. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting within a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Prepare financial reports for internal management review
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Coordinate with the Holding company on accounting and compliance matters
• Support in audits and other financial reporting activities as needed

Qualifications

• High school background in the accounting stream
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role
• Candidates pursuing CFC (Contador Profissional Certificado) will be preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication skills with intermediate to fluent English proficiency
