Please note that this is a full-time, freelance or remote position and you need to be based in Sao Paulo. Portuguese (C2 or native) is required.

What you will do

  • Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities in the Brazilian market

  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team

  • Continuously improve customer experience and streamline processes

  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments

  • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers

  • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering

  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem and a degree in economics, engineering, or a related field (are a plus)

  • Motivated to drive change in renewables and make a positive impact

  • ️ Excellent communication and presentation abilitiesin Portuguese and English
