Amazon team is looking for New Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Your role will focus on:

  1. Contributing to new acquisition (50%) through hunting, specifically phone/email-based prospecting and recruiting of new merchants who can bring their competitive range of products, pricing, and availability to Amazon.
  2. Working with merchants as an account manager (50%) – helping them to launch and grow their presence on Amazon by ensuring they understand Amazon’s products, services, systems, and tools.
  3. Using feedback from merchants to identify opportunities to improve Amazon’s products, services, processes, systems, and tools.
Key job responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email.
  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Partner with new merchants, providing insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Educate merchants about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems for efficient catalog, inventory, and performance management.
  • Understand category-specific trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor your pitch and advice.
  • Track and report development results, analyze reports, and interpret data for your merchant portfolio.
  • Manage your time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ months of sales experience.
