Join Sinch as an Account Manager II, where you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and building relationships with our valuable customers. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, aligning our innovative communication solutions with customer needs. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that we meet and exceed customer expectations. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of transforming mobile engagement around the globe.

At Sinch, we believe in a customer-first approach and emphasize the importance of understanding client aspirations and challenges to deliver tailored solutions. You will engage with key stakeholders, champion client onboarding, and make a tangible impact in both retention and expansion strategies.

  • Solid experience in a relevant sales role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving customer success.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, allowing you to consult effectively with C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Experience in account growth and customer lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of API-based solutions and their applications in business.
