We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Industrial Applications and Crop market in Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships to drive growth in key segments including Coatings, Crop Protection, and Lubricants.


Responsibilities

Business Leadership

  • Drive sales turnover, margin, and net working capital targets for the Thailand market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase market share
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets
  • Manage distributor relationships for specific customer segments

Strategic Management

  • Implement Business Segment strategies within the assigned geographic area
  • Develop innovative sales and service concepts to meet market demands
  • Take full responsibility for Business Segment sales turnover and working capital management
  • Ensure profitable utilization of local production units according to business plans
  • Coordinate technical and support staff resources to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare and implement special projects including contracts and business initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the chemical industry, preferably in industrial applications or agricultural sectors
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing distributor networks and key customer accounts
  • Strategic thinking with ability to implement business plans effectively
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills
