Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is seeking a talented and experienced Account Manager to help BR merchants expand their business into the US marketplace.

The objective of an ESM Account Manager is to reach out to existing sellers from a large Lead Pool and support them in developing their businesses in the US marketplace through inputs and program adoption, such as Selection, FBA, Ads, Merchandising, and Conversion rates.

This role works with extensive communication mechanisms to scale the impact of our guidance on the sellers.

The ideal candidate is motivated, agile, technical, and analytical, with strong time management and project management skills. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and team skills. Attention to detail and delivering high-quality results on time are at the core of the position.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Identify, prospect, and help high-potential merchants adopt programs that will improve their performance at the marketplace.
  2. Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets.
  3. Be a business partner for merchants, providing data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs to optimize their success on Amazon.
  4. Post-acquisition, build success cases with those accounts by providing business insights, training, identifying opportunities, and executing growth strategies.
  5. Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
  6. Track business development results, analyze reports, and interpret information for your portfolio.
  7. Prioritize your time to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.
  8. Prospect, qualify, and cold-call companies effectively.
  9. Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  11. Experience with pipeline management tools like Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  12. Track record of exceeding sales goals.
