• Atuar como parceiro estratégico para clientes principais.
• Construir e supervisionar planos de entrega inteligentes de ponta a ponta.

About the role

At MarketBlitz, we’re building a brand-new Accounts & Operations team — and we’re looking for someone to lead the way. If you're passionate about strategy, client relationships, and smart execution, this role is for you.

Position Characteristics

• Our hiring model is as a contractor (PJ).
• Advanced/fluent English.
• Immediate availability to work on site at Belo Horizonte/MG or São Paulo/SP.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the go-to strategic partner for key clients
• Build and oversee smart, end-to-end delivery plans
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities in active accounts
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and excellence
• Manage each account like a strategic project — with goals, timelines, and results

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in account management, project leadership, or customer success
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Advanced English (daily communication)
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with Web3, digital communities, or event-based activations
