Account Manager - ABR

What you’ll do:

•Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned automotive clients, fostering long-term strategic partnerships and ensuring consistent business continuity.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Product Development, Program Management, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to deliver on customer expectations and business objectives.

•Commercial Strategy & P&L Ownership: Oversee account performance with full P&L responsibility, including pricing strategy, cost management, profitability analysis, and alignment with corporate targets.

•Cash Flow & Forecasting: Monitor overdue payments and actively drive cash-in collection in line with forecasted timelines to support healthy financial operations.

What is required:

•Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or Business, with over 8 years of experience in Tier 1 automotive environments.

•Client & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to manage diverse customer demands, with advanced negotiation and client-facing experience.

•Analytical & Problem-Solving: Solid analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret client data and drive effective commercial decisions.

•Organizational & Time Management: Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills to efficiently handle complex accounts and priorities. Fluency in English is required.
