This isn’t a traditional CS role. You won’t be juggling 50 accounts or sending polite nudges hoping someone reads them. You’ll own a portfolio of high-value customers and use AI insights to run C-level strategy sessions, predictive churn interventions, and well-timed expansion plays backed by cold, hard data.
