Prior Experience in SaaS/Software Industry is preferred

Language: Business-level fluency in English

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the sales process actively, including positioning, product demonstrations, and closing warm leads generated by marketing and sales development.
  2. Handle the full sales cycle, including managing the sales process, positioning, demonstration of product, and closing deals.
  3. Manage complex sales cycles and present to C-level executives the value of SleekFlow's software.
  4. A Hunter mindset — be resourceful in territory planning, sourcing leads & opportunities, and generating curiosity to secure initial meetings with target accounts.
  5. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.
  6. Demonstrate our product via video conferencing or on-site visits.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends in internet technology and eCommerce.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience with quota carrying and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology sales.
  3. Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in previous roles.
  4. High initiative and self-motivation, with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to work well within a team while accomplishing individual tasks.
  6. High curiosity and empathy, with the ability to understand customer issues through effective questioning and listening.
  7. Excellent attention to detail, with a good understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of accurate pipelining and forecast reporting.
  8. Business-level fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.
  9. CRM (e.g., Hubspot) and marketing experience preferred.
  10. Strong customer references.
  11. Proficient computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
