Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive/Intake Specialist at Robinson Immigration Law. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing inbound leads, holding consultations with potential clients, and following up with leads. The role involves providing information about our services, answering client inquiries, and guiding clients through the onboarding process. No cold calling or cold emailing.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication with international clients in English
  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
