About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to help scale Sortlist in the German market. This role can be based in either our Madrid or Brussels office(the choice is yours!), offering you the opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence and driving revenue growth in Germany.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop a portfolio of B2B clients in the German market, focusing on digital, marketing, creative, and IT service providers.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong client retention.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through a mix of outreach strategies, including calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking events.
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and long-term success.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager for Germany and contribute to strategic discussions on market growth.
Your Profile:
  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B or digital environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience in the digital marketing, agency, or tech sectors is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English (a 3rd language is a plus).
  • Based in Madrid or Brussels (or willing to relocate) and open to a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office).
