What you'll do
We're looking for an Account Executive to help accelerate Clara’s growth in Brazil. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end sales to position Clara as the preferred spend management platform for mid-market and enterprise clients. You'll work closely with finance decision-makers to understand their needs, tailor solutions, and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process — from discovery to closing — with a consultative approach tailored to CFOs and finance leaders.
Build Strategic Pipeline: Generate qualified opportunities using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound tools.
Customize Value Proposals: Develop ROI-driven proposals aligned to client pain points and business goals.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine messaging, coordinate outreach, and maximize conversion.
Forecast and Learn: Maintain CRM discipline and contribute to weekly forecasting and peer learning sessions.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves:
Proven B2B Sales Success: Track record of meeting or exceeding targets in consultative and/or solution sales.
Stakeholder Navigation: Comfortable engaging CFOs and navigating complex sales cycles.
Excellent Communication: Skilled in storytelling, negotiation, and verbal/written communication in Portuguese and English.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipeline and outreach.
Nice to haves:
Fintech or SaaS Experience: Especially in payments or financial automation platforms.
Selling to Finance Leaders: Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers, or Finance Directors.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to articulate value through numbers and business impact.

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
