This is a Product Analyst role supporting Pharmacovigilance (PV) / Medical Safety applications and business processes. This role will be working with applications supporting business processes that include: case intake/processing, reporting, signal detection management, and compliance management/monitoring. Key tech stacks include: Oracle databases, Python, SQL, AWS, PowerBI, Amazon Quicksight, Argus, Argus Analytics (OAS/OBIEE), Kafka, and JIRA.

Product Analyst Responsibilities:

• User story creation/management
• Business requirement analysis
• Technology assessments (i.e. for new applications or recreating existing applications)
• Troubleshooting issues with business and support teams
• Change management (including impact assessments)
• Documentation requirements for GxP systems
  

Requirements:

• LATAM (preferably Brazil) or INDIA based
• Ability to work and have a time shift until about 11:00/11:30 AM ET to support the global team
• GxP experience
• Experience with PV systems/processes
• Some experience with data science/analysis tools would be a valuable asset

The actual salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, market demand, and competitive market practice. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
