Main Responsibilities

• Perform cutting and deboning of meats according to established standards;
• Prepare customized cuts based on customer preferences;
• Ensure the quality and freshness of meats on display;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards;
• Manage meat stock and place replenishment orders when necessary;
• Attend to customer requests with special cuts and appropriate packaging;
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a butcher for at least 6 months;
• Skills to operate butcher tools and equipment;
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
