Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in cutting and deboning meats according to established standards;
• Ensure the quality and freshness of meats on display;
• Keep the workspace clean and organized, adhering to hygiene standards;
• Assist in managing the meat inventory;
• Attend to customer requests with special cuts and appropriate packaging;
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
