Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking an experienced 3rd Engineer to join our offshore construction vessel on a long-term project in Brazil. The role requires hands-on experience with DP offshore vessels and diesel-electric propulsion systems, including diesel generators, thrusters, power management, and engine-room operations during DP activities.

Experience on offshore construction or pipelay vessels is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• DP offshore vessel experience is a strong advantage.
• Valid STCW certificates and comprehensive safety training required.
• CA-EBS, BST, PSCRB, AFF, DSD, STCW Medical, CoC - OICEW are required.
• Passport and Seaman's Book must be valid for travel.

Basic Safety Training (BST)

Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (PSCRB)
