Advanced Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

Configuration and customization of the Service Cloud

Expertise in out-of-the-box solutions

API integration and middleware solutions.

Advanced English, being able to maintain conversation with native speakers of the written and spoken language.

Platform Service Cloud

Familiarity with Lightning Experience features and limitations.

Familiarity with Routing Configuration and Entitlement processes

Experience with authentication and SSO implementations.

Design & Architecture

Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and component-based design patterns.

Ability to design scalable architecture solutions.

Proficient in data modeling and optimization.
