Our client, Caresyntax, has developed an industry-leading surgical intelligence platform for hospitals and MedTech companies. The platform captures data from inside the operating room — from devices and video — and integrates it with clinical data from the EMR to create a comprehensive surgical data hub. It generates insights across the entire continuum of care: before the procedure with surgical workflow optimization, during surgery with real-time clinically relevant support tools, and post-procedure with clinical safety modules. The platform also produces data analytics and insights for medical device companies, insurers, and other ecosystem players working to innovate and drive the future of healthcare delivery.
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll join a team building quality into a complex, microservices-based surgical intelligence platform. You'll work in an AI-assisted development environment, using agentic coding tools alongside structured specifications and acceptance criteria to drive testing across distributed systems. This role requires the ability to work independently, translate ambiguous requirements into clear test approaches, and maintain rigorous documentation and traceability across manual and automated testing efforts.
