About The Role The Videographer/Animator (Motion Designer) is responsible for creating compelling video and motion content that drives engagement across campaigns, social media, and brand channels. This role blends creative storytelling with technical expertise to deliver high-quality video and animated content optimized for digital platforms, events, and internal brand needs.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, film, and edit video content including events, ads, testimonials, and social-first formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Design and produce motion graphics, animated explainers, logo animations, and visual effects.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and the Marcom team to bring campaign concepts to life.
  • Adapt and optimize video content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, digital screens, etc.).
  • Manage video equipment, lighting setups, and editing software to ensure professional quality.
  • Stay ahead of trends in video, animation, and short-form storytelling to keep content fresh and innovative.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (E.g., ACP, Blackmagic Design, CPDV, Maya / 3D Max, Maxon, ..etc.)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in videography, editing, and/or animation.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI tools and other video/animation tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrates a mix of live-action video and motion graphics.
  • Creative eye for visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of platform-specific content requirements and best practices for digital and social media.
