Job summary

Seapeak is looking for a Warehouse Controller to manage all warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, stock coordination, and NSE system maintenance. The role requires strong inventory control, safety, and proficiency with WMS and ERP systems.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, be able to lead a team, and hold a valid Bahrain driving license. Offshore rotations and flexibility for extra hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong inventory management and safety knowledge.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Familiar with inventory control and data analysis.
• Understanding of supply chain logistics.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.
• Proficient in English (reading/writing speaking).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and safety.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and stock control.
• Maintain NSE system records and stock counts.
• Reconcile incoming materials with POs and document discrepancies.
• Coordinate replenishment with planning team for critical spares.
• Lead warehouse staff and ensure equipment inspections.
• Assist procurement as required.
• Offshore work rotation and occasional extra hours.
