PrimeLedger Associates is looking for an Entry Level Baker to join our team in Manama. This contract role involves assisting with baking tasks from measuring ingredients to decorating finished products, with a starting salary of $900 per month.

No prior experience is required, but a basic knowledge of baking techniques is preferred. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and measuring ingredients for baked goods
• Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
• Follow recipes and instructions to accurately mix and bake dough
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Assist with decorating and packaging finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
