JobCenter in Bahrain's Dar Kulaib is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Baker to join our bakery team. You will prepare bread, pastries, and cakes, follow recipes, and help maintain a clean, efficient workstation while learning on the job.

This contract position starts at 1,100 USD per month. Freshers are welcome, with hands-on training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced culinary environment; you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous baking experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake various types of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes.
• Measure and mix ingredients to the correct proportions.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure quality products.
• Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
