Job summary

Leidos in Bahrain is seeking a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR) to support active‑duty military members and their families. You will handle enrollment, education, and claims assistance under the DHA program, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, security clearances, and strong customer service skills. Candidates will join a pipeline for future openings and may participate in remote support and training activities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Eligible to obtain an ID card for NSA Bahrain access.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive).
• 3+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify benefits and enrollment via DOES and MHS Genesis.
• Update PCM changes following MTF guidelines.
• Educate beneficiaries on TRICARE resources and enrollment.
• Provide basic claims status updates and support.
• Lead briefings for events like in/out processing or maternity.
• Record daily activities and OHI data in systems.
• Assess issues and escalate as needed for resolution.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and complete required training.
• Assist with remote support and train new teammates.
