Job summary

Maseera in Bahrain seeks an AM – Treasury on a batch assignment. The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong treasury reporting experience. The role focuses on detailed MIS for investments, borrowings and FX exposure across IBD and requires active liaison with banks.

Key duties include bank balance monitoring, cash flow forecasting for 3 months, hedge reporting, FX forward documentation, and responding to banks on limits.

Qualifications

• CA with batch completed.
• Strong grasp of treasury reporting and MIS processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly detailed Investment, Borrowing & FX Exposure MIS for IBD.
• Liaise with banks to obtain LC discounting quotes and complete related documentation.
• Monitor day-to-day balances for all bank accounts and circulate daily bank balance MIS.
• Prepare consolidated cash flow at IBD level and forecast for next 3 months; analyze deviations.
• Track bank charges and banking transactions.
• Prepare monthly hedge effectiveness report for IBD.
• Prepare monthly reports on exchange rate effects for FX payments by IBD subsidiaries.
• Process FX Forward contracts documentation and respond to bank queries.
