Overall Role Purpose

Manage and develop the assigned Field sales territory to maintain and grow DHL's market leadership. Achieve sales targets while meeting customer needs.

Your Tasks:
  1. Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers by building strong relationships to meet their needs.
  2. Establish customer agreements, ensure adherence to pricing guidelines, and meet profitability targets. Review prices regularly and renegotiate if discrepancies between actual and promised volumes occur.
  3. Develop strategies to secure business from competitors and prospects swiftly. Build a prospects pipeline to support this approach and target accordingly.
  4. Identify and exploit new opportunities within existing and potential customers to maximize DHL's penetration in the territory.
  5. Create and implement a personal sales plan and call cycle that includes initiatives for acquiring new business and growing existing accounts to meet sales volume and profitability targets.
  6. Manage customer information by communicating with the sales team and maintaining records in sales systems for accessible customer and territory data.
  7. Monitor customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction to gauge success and identify at-risk business, taking corrective actions as needed.
  8. Promote DHL's brand image and values through professional appearance and conduct, fostering strong customer relationships.
