Job summary

OMICRON Lab seeks an experienced Technical Trainer for Electrical Power Engineering MEA. You will deliver engaging sessions onsite, virtually, and as webinars, while developing materials and tailoring content to client needs. You’ll support demos, workshops, and knowledge transfer, and contribute to technical docs.

Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus. Travel internationally up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• In-depth experience in power systems (generation, transmission, distribution) and protection testing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer delivering technical training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions onsite, virtual, or webinars on products and applications.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals and e-learning content.
• Customize training based on customer needs and technical levels.
• Support product demonstrations, workshops and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Contribute to application notes, technical documentation and training improvements.
• Stay updated on product developments and power system technologies.
