Yokogawa seeks a Specialist – Training & People Success to design and coordinate learning initiatives within the YMA region. Partner with managers and HR to ensure employees have skills, tools, and support to succeed and stay engaged through the lifecycle.

The role blends training coordination, people development, and employee experience with strong execution and continuous improvement in a global culture that values collaboration and integrity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis with managers to identify skill gaps
• Design and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended training aligned with business goals
• Develop training materials: presentations, manuals, e‑learning, job aids
• Coordinate external training with vendors and institutes
• Manage training logistics and calendars; ensure timely execution
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, and KPIs
• Maintain training records and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate graduate trainee programs: recruitment, onboarding, rotations, evaluations
• Oversee internship cycles: selection, onboarding, allocations, exits
• Support onboarding completion and documentation
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and follow-up programs
• Support career development and succession planning
• Assist HR process improvements to enhance efficiency
