Job description

A Strong Store Director to steward a boutique that represents one of the most revered names in international luxury. Our client, an iconic fashion house synonymous with craftsmanship, discretion and aesthetic authority, is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its most strategically important locations.

This is not just about operations. It’s about orchestrating excellence in people, performance, and presence.

Your Role

You’ll be more than a manager you’ll be the guardian of the brand’s soul within the boutique. You'll lead with authority, poise, and precision. Your days will be equal parts business strategist, team mentor, client confidante, and on-floor brand ambassador.

You’ll curate the daily atmosphere with the same attention to detail as a couturier. From managing high-value inventory to nurturing enduring client relationships, you’ll define what luxury feels like a nd how it performs.

You bring:

  • A proven leadership track record in luxury retail, ideally across fashion, fine jewellery or timepieces.
  • Mastery in developing high-performing teams in emotionally intelligent ways.
  • A discerning eye for detail — from client interactions to visual standards and boutique atmosphere.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and their evolving expectations.
  • Fluency in sales strategy, performance metrics, and boutique operations.
  • Exceptional presentation, discretion, and multilingual communication a distinct advantage.

In This Role:

  • Lead, inspire and develop a team to consistently exceed commercial and service goals.
  • Serve as a true client advisor — engaging VIPs and new clients alike with the brand’s heritage and future vision.
  • Partner with corporate teams across Merchandising, Training, Marketing, and HR to align the boutique with global strategy.
  • Oversee all elements of boutique operations — from stock control and security protocols to events, activations and after-sales experience.
  • Actively contribute to the brand’s presence in the local market through intelligent networking and community building.
