About the Hotel:

Key Responsibilities of a Spa Therapist:

1. Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional treatments, service, and attitude to wow clients.
2. Greet guests on arrival to the Spa and throughout their visit in a warm, welcoming, and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met.
3. Adhere to the standards set for treatments and customer service.
4. Manage individual treatment rooms, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining hygiene and organization standards.

Requirements for a Spa Therapist:

1. Willingness to learn and develop through continuous assessment and training.
2. Maintain an immaculate appearance at all times, including personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform.
3. Assist in operational aspects of the Spa, such as laundry, relaxation and changing rooms, and maintaining cleanliness of public areas.
4. Represent the Spa and hotel professionally at all times while on duty.
