Job summary

Havelock One Interiors in Bahrain seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee end-to-end fit-out projects across multiple sites, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong leadership, solid technical knowledge of joinery and MEP coordination, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Projects, and a willingness to work extended hours when required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the surveys for all sites handled.
• Supervising setting out/marking interior finishes for all sites.
• Preparing BOQ with quantity take-off and specifications.
• Preparing work programs and project scheduling (MS Projects).
• Preparing/reviewing daily site reports with progress photos and PM updates.
• Plan, assign and supervise workers as required.
• Coordinate with trades on site – MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant.
• Monitor safety/first aid aspects on site.
• Report discrepancies to PM promptly.
• Liaise with factory for joinery manufacturing/delivery per project.
• Attend site meetings with client and PM; record actions.
• Record daily timesheets for workers.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and night shifts.
• Check as-built quantities by subcontractors at project completion.
• Prepare O&M manuals.
• Assist and guide the team as required.
