Nass is seeking a Welding Foreman to supervise and coordinate welding operations across fabrication shops and project sites. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to approved procedures, drawings, and schedules.

The candidate will lead welders and helpers, plan daily activities, inspect work quality, and coordinate with engineers and site management to ensure successful project execution. A strong background in welding processes and safety is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of welding and fabrication experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong knowledge of SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and SAW welding processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, isometrics, and welding symbols.
• Experience in structural steel, piping, tanks, or vessels is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise welders, fabricators, and helpers on site.
• Plan and monitor daily welding activities to meet targets.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specs, and welding procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineers, QA/QC, and Site Management.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and material usage.
• Inspect progress and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and safeguard welding equipment and tools.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE policies.
• Resolve welding issues and technical challenges promptly.
• Track daily manpower, attendance, and progress.
• Verify welder qualifications and certifications where required.
• Assist in material planning and fabrication scheduling.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
