AECOM is seeking an experienced Principal Transport Planner to lead transport planning services in Bahrain. You will guide studies, modeling, and client engagement to shape regional transportation projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geography, Urban Planning or related field.
- Master's degree in Transportation Engineering and Planning preferred.
- Professional body membership (CIHT/ICE/TPS) desirable.
- Chartered/Professional license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate transport planning tasks for projects and proposals.
- Conduct traffic studies, smart city initiatives, and transport modeling.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex transport challenges.
- Manage deliverables, allocate tasks, and prepare reports.
- Engage with clients as a primary contact for projects and proposals.
- Mentor junior team members and support department strategy.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality.
- Travel locally within the UAE and regionally as needed.
