Qualifications

• Requires a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of programming experience.
• Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with web services APIs and UML OOAD.
• Proficient in Eclipse and RAD environments.
• Experience with AWS cloud and Agile SDLC.
• Familiarity with Mendix low-code platforms preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project closure and handover to maintenance.
• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to produce system requirements specifications.
• Define technical solutions to meet business needs leveraging technology strategies.
• Analyze production issues and suggest continuous improvements.
• Ensure changes to applications are implemented effectively and tested.
• Gather and document business requirements, functional requirements, and use cases.
• Perform strategic, operational, and organizational business analysis.

Education

B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
