Job summary

ITC Defense in Bahrain seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for Radar & Communications. You will design architectures, manage ICDs, and support SE reviews across international defense programs, including field verification and customer briefings.

The role requires 7+ years in defense systems engineering, experience with radar/communication systems, and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to one year deployments. Strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of systems engineering experience with DoD or related programs.
• Experience with radar, communications, sensor, surveillance, or C2 systems.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS, including extended deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architectures, interface designs, and technical documentation for integrated surveillance and communications systems.
• Support SE Reviews (SETRs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs) and maintain ICDs, engineering drawings, and baselines.
• Create CDRL deliverables, site survey reports, SOVT plans and verification documents.
• Conduct site surveys to optimize equipment placement, network design, and communications architecture.
• Support hardware/software integration, installation, testing, and field verification.
• Perform systems engineering analyses, verify requirements, and manage risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Produce technical memorandums, engineering reports, and customer briefings; deliver training as needed.
