Job summary

Gulf Air Group in Bahrain is seeking a Senior Analyst - System Operations (Platform Engineering) to design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure across multi-cloud and on-premise environments. You will develop CI/CD pipelines, implement observability tools, and automate resources using IaC to ensure security, compliance, and high availability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of platform engineering or system administration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and scaling.
• Implement and manage observability tools to monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and ensure high availability.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code to automate the provisioning and management of resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for system architecture, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system incidents as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain efficient infrastructure.
